Ag in Motion 2025 Baseball Throw Promotion – Rules and Terms

Promotion Overview:

Join us at the Ag in Motion 2025 show for your chance to test your aim at our Baseball Throw Game! Register at our booth, take your best shot at the bullseye, and be entered into a draw for amazing baseball-themed prizes!

How to Participate:

  1. Registration Required:

To enter the promotion, visit our booth and complete a short registration form with your:

  • Full name
  • Contact information (phone number and/or email)
  • Role in the ag industry (e.g., Farmer, Producer, Service Provider, Other)
  1. Eligibility:

All registered participants (18 years or older) are automatically entered into a draw to win one of three prize packages.

  1. Play the Game (Optional but Encouraged):

After registering, participants are invited to play the Baseball Throw Game. Aim for the bullseye!

Prizes:

Three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

Gold Prize:

  • Trip for two to a Canadian MLB game, including airfare, hotel, and tickets
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500

Silver Prize:

  • Night out for two at a Saskatoon Berries game, including game tickets, hotel and meal
  • ARV: $500

Bronze Prize:

  • Official Canadian MLB jersey and hat
  • ARV: $200

Winners will be contacted using the information provided at registration.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to register for the draw.
  • Children under 18 may play the Baseball Throw Game with guardian supervision, but may not register for the draw.
  • If a participant is physically unable to participate in the Baseball Throw Game due to disability, they are still fully eligible to enter the prize draw by completing the registration process.
  • Multiple entries will be disqualified. Registration will be verified before drawing the winners.
  • Current employees of Xact Agriculture, Kvale, SaskTel and its subsidiaries, and any affiliated partner companies of the sponsors of this promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Terms:

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Winners will be required to answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
  • All personal information collected will be used solely to administer the promotion and contact participants for promotional purposes.
  • A communication will be sent to all participants by September 15th, 2025, at which point they may opt out of receiving promotional messages.
  • Your information will only be shared with the promotion sponsors of Xact Agriculture, Kvale, and SaskTel.
  • The promotion organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree to these rules and the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials.
  • Participation in the Baseball Throw Game is not required to enter the prize draw and will not increase your odds of winning.
  • The giveaway itself is free to enter without any conditions.
